Note from Peter Van Heyghen

Next week on thursday 22nd & friday 23rd of October, this year’s first Seminar on Historical Performance Practice will take place.
For the occasion I have invited Kathleen Coessens, who will explain the place and the importance of artistic research in your study curriculum, and Richard Sutcliffe, alumnus of our HIPP department, who will introduce you to the rich contents and the practical use of our famous conservatory library. In addition, on friday afternoon, I will explain in detail what we expect form Master students concerning the Research Report and concerning Edition/Source Study.
This seminar is strongly recommended for all new students and for all Master Students (friday afternoon).

ORCHESTRA PROJECT OCTOBER 2015

HIPP DEPARTMENT CALENDAR

In an attempt at making "Building Bridges" a reality, i would like to urge all modern bass students to attend as many of the "HIPP" activities as possible. The only risk involved is that you might learn a few things nobody told you before... Much to gain, and nothing to lose.
